Terms of Service

The service
BuzzMate answers the phone calls you miss with an AI assistant ("Buzz"), captures the caller's details, and delivers them to your dashboard and email. Your own phone number and carrier stay untouched — you control forwarding with your carrier's own codes and can remove it any time by dialling ##004#.
Trial and billing
Adding a card costs $0. Your 14-day free trial — and your subscription — only start once Buzz is live and has caught your verification call. Plans are billed monthly in AUD via Stripe at the price shown when you subscribed. Minutes beyond your plan's allowance bill at your plan's per-minute overage rate on the next invoice; Buzz warns you by email at 80% and 100% of your allowance and never stops answering mid-period.
Founding member offer
The founding offer covers our first 10 accounts. Founding members pay the founding price shown at signup — half the listed price — on whichever plan they're on, including after plan switches, for as long as their subscription stays continuously active. Cancelling ends the founding rate: rejoining later is at the then-current listed price. The founding guarantee: if Buzz doesn't catch you a job worth more than you paid in your first paid month, tell us within that month and we'll refund it in full. The 14-day free trial and all other terms above apply to founding accounts unchanged.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time, self-serve, from Settings. Buzz keeps answering until the end of the period you've paid for, then your subscription ends — no further charges, no lock-in, no exit fees. We don't routinely refund partial periods (you keep the service for the time you paid for), but if something on our side went wrong, reply to any of our emails and we'll make it right — including a refund where that's the fair outcome.
Your responsibilities
Use BuzzMate for a legitimate business. You're responsible for the accuracy of your business profile (it's what Buzz tells your callers), for your carrier's forwarding charges if any, and for complying with laws that apply to your business — including telling your callers about recording where your jurisdiction requires more than Buzz's built-in disclosure. Don't use the service to harass, spam, or impersonate.
Service limits
Buzz is an AI: it's very good, not perfect. It may occasionally mishear, miss a detail, or be unavailable during carrier or provider outages. The dashboard is the durable record of every captured call. BuzzMate is provided "as is"; our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: support@trybuzzmate.com.
